




**Job Description:** **Company/Work Location:** Vila Guarani – SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Responsibilities:** ➡️ Provide in-person and telephone reception to participants, including appointment scheduling and confirmations, information about company operations, services offered by the company’s clinic, and the Family Health Strategy; provide information about the provider network and address various inquiries; ➡️ Organize the reception and service attendance area; Participate in ongoing professional development activities, as well as in the planning and organization of health actions and work processes to be carried out at the company’s clinic; ➡️ Route and direct telephone inquiries to appropriate healthcare team members according to workflow, aiming for effective resolution; ➡️ Print and manage forms used by professionals at the company’s clinic, ensuring service quality; ➡️ Manage the company’s clinic health records, ensuring proper filing, confidentiality, and availability for operational use; ➡️ Perform administrative tasks regardless of functional area; ➡️ Stay updated on instructions, regulations, manuals, and procedures to ensure accurate and faithful execution of assigned tasks; ➡️ Maintain order and preservation of one’s workstation, materials, and equipment, promptly reporting malfunctions, failures, or incidents to the immediate supervisor to ensure proper functioning of company assets; ➡️ Carry out tasks in an organized manner to ensure continuity and timely, high-quality completion of work processes; ➡️ Identify opportunities and propose improvements to processes related to one’s responsibilities, as well as to issues affecting departmental productivity; ➡️ Share information, experiences, and tasks harmoniously, contributing to achieving team and company goals. **Requirements:** ✅ Completed high school education; ✅ Experience in administrative roles. **Benefits:** ✔️ Meal Allowance ✔️ Food Allowance ✔️ Transportation Allowance ✔️ Childcare Assistance
