Job Summary:
A receptionist responsible for customer service, parts registration, budget management, and logistics in a workshop environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Customer Service:** Greet customers, identify their needs, and refer them to the technical team when necessary.
* **Parts Check-in:** Register incoming engines, cylinder heads, and parts, inspect their condition upon arrival, and attach service orders (SOs).
* **Budget Management:** Send budgets via WhatsApp/email, conduct follow-up, and request approval to begin services.
* **Logistics:** Schedule parts pickup and delivery with drivers or motorcycle couriers.
**Desired Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in workshop, auto parts store, or dealership reception (minimum 1 year).
* Basic knowledge of engine parts (to facilitate technical communication).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with management systems (ERP).
* Strong communication skills, organization, and agility.
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract
Salary: R$1.621,00 - R$1.782,37 per month
