Description: * Higher education completed or in progress in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering or related fields; * Availability to work on shift schedules and in a 24-hour operational environment; * Focused attention, sense of responsibility and proactive attitude in risky situations; * Previous experience in logistics operations, fleet monitoring or transportation control (preferred); * Ability to analyze information and make decisions; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Office suite tools; * Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with drivers, carriers and internal teams; * Knowledge of tracking systems and logistical monitoring tools (preferred); * Monitor transportation operations in real time, ensuring compliance with routes and safety procedures; * Track operations via tracking and video monitoring systems, identifying deviations and risk situations; * Record, handle and report logistics security incidents to responsible parties and involved departments; * Support the implementation of preventive and corrective action plans related to travel incidents; * Ensure operations comply with internal standards and legal requirements for transport and safety; * Maintain constant communication with drivers, carriers and field teams to ensure swift responses in critical cases. 2511200202481248682
