Job Description: The construction helper will be responsible for assisting the team in daily activities, providing operational support, organizing the workplace, and performing simple tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Responsibilities: Assist in organizing, cleaning, and general maintenance of the workplace. Transport, sort, and store materials as instructed. Support the team in carrying out operational tasks. Perform loading and unloading of materials when required. Keep tools and equipment clean and organized. Comply with safety regulations and use of PPE. Requirements: Completed or ongoing elementary education. Flexible availability regarding working hours. Physical stamina for tasks requiring physical effort. Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in this role. Basic knowledge of safety best practices.
