Organize and manage decorative materials for thematic events We are looking for an organized, proactive, and creative Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of our institutional events. If you enjoy dynamic environments, pay attention to details, and love turning ideas into memorable experiences, this opportunity may be for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in organizing, planning, and executing events; * Support development and updating of the annual event schedule; * Contribute creative ideas for visual arts, strategies, and actions related to events and school celebrations; * Monitor setup and teardown of event activities; * Prepare checklists and necessary materials for each event; * Provide direct operational support to coordination teams; * Organize and manage decorative materials for thematic events (e.g., June Festivals, Christmas celebrations, Mother’s Day, exhibitions, etc.); * Update spreadsheets and controls in Excel or Google Sheets; * Participate in creation and production of artistic materials (cutting, gluing, painting, etc.); * Support logistics, ensuring deadlines and delivery quality are met. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Excel and Google Tools; * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously; * Proactive, creative, agile, attentive, responsible, and collaborative profile; * Strong emotional management skills, especially on event days. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract; * 44-hour workweek; * Benefits: Meal allowance, health insurance, dental insurance, transportation allowance, birthday leave, and profit-sharing program (PLR).
