If you enjoy working with people, thrive on challenges, and love a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you! **Your Mission Here** Analyze Dominalog’s operational activities related to transfer matrix control, returns, reverse logistics, and pickups. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze cargo manifests, pickup documents, transfer records, route itineraries, and retail channel documentation; * Register vehicles and drivers in internal systems, in coordination with approved insurance providers; * Monitor vehicle tracking processes; * Control and analyze general spreadsheets, providing data support for internal KPIs; * Support vehicle release procedures, invoice verification, and pickup generation. * Responsible for KPIs and reporting necessary information to respective departments; * Extract reports and deliver required information to related departments; * Act as guardian of the Code of Conduct guidelines and as an ambassador of Dominalog’s culture, mission, and values. **Requirements** * Proven experience in logistics operations; * Advanced Excel skills; * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics or related fields. **Work Schedule** Monday to Saturday \- from 08:00 to 16:20 Sunday to Friday \- from 08:00 to 16:20 **What We Offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance** **Transportation Voucher** **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (no deduction; optional plans with deduction) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** available after hiring – you choose the plan **Day Off:** birthday leave starting after 3 months **Domina Baby:** special newborn kit starting after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad:** 10-day paternity leave starting after 3 months **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
