It also involves assisting with administrative tasks and customer service, such as answering phone calls, receiving visitors, organizing files, and supporting financial activities. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Greet employees and visitors; * Control access to rooms and other areas; * Register facial access credentials; * Monitor security cameras; * Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
