We are looking for a Digital Sales SDR / Closer to transform qualified leads into won sales. Your responsibilities: * Close sales with leads who have already expressed interest (via WhatsApp). * Overcome complex objections (price, waiting period, provider network). * Manage the sales funnel in the CRM (Kommo), ensuring accurate follow-ups. * Focus 100% on final conversion and meeting weekly/monthly targets. What we seek: * Proven experience in active sales or closing telemarketing. * Familiarity with CRM tools (Kommo). * Proficiency in persuasion techniques and mental triggers. * Agility and excellent written communication skills on WhatsApp. * Resilient, organized, and results-driven profile. * Preferred: Knowledge of the healthcare or benefits card market.
