Job Mission Serve retail points of sale (POS) with a focus on building and developing relationships through strong partnerships, delivering consulting services; aiming to sustainably and profitably increase product share, considering synergy with other departments and market trends. Develop monthly sales plans with weekly execution at POS, based on customer profile analysis and purchase history, jointly managing the assets owned by the customer. Negotiate trade marketing activities while managing consumer selling price. Ensure flawless execution of assets and visual communication. Main Responsibilities Develop solid, trust-based relationships through clear, effective, and transparent commercial proposals, as well as through full sales cycle management (POS contact, negotiations, accurate order capture, open invoices, trade marketing actions, interdepartmental relationship management, and other related activities). Understand the POS (average transaction value, objectives, buyer profile, consumer profile, purchasing behavior, market context, potential, etc.) and translate insights into standardized profiles to inform actionable strategies. Ensure accuracy of client registration data within your portfolio, requesting adjustments only when compliant with company guidelines. Conduct research processes upon request, committing to compliance guidelines. Develop monthly and weekly sales plans, analyzing POS profile and sales history. Conduct visits (service calls) to all POS within your daily coverage area according to the route plan established by the technical department, executing the core sales representative routine at POS to drive targeted sales aligned with FDS (Field Distribution System) and achieve targets. Manage client portfolio assets with a focus on target achievement. Stay aligned with company strategies. Negotiate trade marketing activities while managing consumer selling price. Prospect new POS. Take care of all tools provided by the company, ensuring proper handling and maintenance per company guidelines.
