Sales execution focused on goals and results A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking an Internal Sales Representative in Natal. RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Working in an optical store performing the following duties: Greeting customers courteously; identifying customer needs and preferences; explaining features, benefits, and differentiators of optical products; assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses according to their ophthalmic prescription; explaining various lens types (single-vision, multifocal, anti-reflective, etc.); clarifying questions regarding product adaptation and usage; presenting available product and service options; executing sales with a focus on targets and results; negotiating prices, payment methods, and delivery terms; monitoring eyewear delivery processes; performing simple frame adjustments and repairs; contacting customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits; maintaining a clean, organized store with well-displayed products; managing inventory of frames, lenses, and accessories; flagging product restocking requirements; issuing purchase orders, invoices, and service orders; recording sales in the system; and other related duties. Previous experience as an Internal Sales Consultant, Sales Assistant, Internal Sales Representative, or Sales Agent may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
