We are seeking a designer with a refined aesthetic eye, visual consistency, and responsibility to join our creative team as a continuous freelancer. **Responsibilities:** * Creation and maintenance of visual identities for physicians and clinics. * Monthly graphic production for Instagram (carousels, posts, stories, and institutional materials). * Visual adaptation according to each client’s personality, tone, and aesthetics. * Workflow organization and clear communication with the client service and strategy teams. * Adherence to medical advertising guidelines. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in social media design. * Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Suite. * Ability to interpret briefs and translate concepts into visual aesthetics. * Organization, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. * Discretion and care when handling medical images and content. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with healthcare, aesthetics, or dermatology brands. * Prior knowledge of Brazilian medical communication regulations. **Compensation Model:** Payment **per fixed client served**, with an average monthly delivery volume already structured. **Selection Process:** * Portfolio submission * Alignment interview * **Mandatory practical test** (one design piece for evaluation of style, composition, and interpretation) Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1,580.23 – R$4,701.25 per month
