




**Mission**: Develop, coordinate, and optimize CRM strategies to increase purchase frequency, average transaction value, and customer loyalty in retail. Manage data, campaigns, and segmentation to ensure personalized, efficient, and results-driven communication. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate CRM strategies across all retail channels. * Manage customer lifecycle and segmentation. * Plan and execute campaigns (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp). * Monitor engagement, conversion, and LTV KPIs. * Ensure database quality and integrations. * Work with BI for analysis and insights. * Lead the CRM team and manage vendors/platforms. * Conduct A/B testing and support personalization initiatives. **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience in CRM, relationship marketing, or digital marketing; * Experience in the retail sector; * Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms; * Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools; * Expertise in segmentation, data modeling, and CRM metric interpretation; * Knowledge of customer journey and conversion funnel; * Basic SQL knowledge (preferred).
