Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing event quotations, monitoring events, inspecting event venues, providing on-site and remote support and customer service, and entering reservations into the system. Key Highlights: 1. Event handling and support, as well as accommodation services 2. End-to-end event coordination—from budgeting to post-event follow-up 3. Reservation management and customer relationship management **Job Description** --------------------- Send event quotations and monitor them through contract signing and post-event activities; – Inspect event venues before and during the event; – Provide on-site support during the event; – Execute work order procedures to ensure relevant departments complete venue preparations; – Provide telephone or in-person customer service for events and accommodations; – Respond to event-related emails; – Enter accommodation reservations into the system; – Handle reservation inquiries, quote rates, and finalize accommodation contracts.
