The hotel offers luxury accommodations, an oceanfront location, international cuisine, and comprehensive facilities to best serve you during your stay at our hotel. **Mission:** To deliver the best experience in service excellence and quality. **Values:** * Passion for what we do * Continuous growth * Excellence in work * Integrity * Respect and collaboration * Future-oriented vision * Inspiration **Responsibilities:** Adhere to service standards as determined by the company; Analyze customer reservation processes; Carry out all activities related to guest welcoming and their entire stay; Attend to customers and provide them with all internal and external information they request; Ensure proper registration in the establishment’s records; Review the reservation plan and reservations; Verify rooming lists, check-ins, check-outs, and room blocks; Record guest consumption or expenses; Present and collect customer bills; Prepare and handle section correspondence and its respective filing; Monitor occupied rooms using the housekeeping report, noting and clarifying any anomalies detected; Coordinate hotel information and relay it to other departments providing services to guests; Monitor and follow up on room changes; Verify VIP services for important guests and execute them accordingly; Inform guests about hotel amenities; Apply correct billing for various guest expenses; Close the daily revenue report for assigned guests; Submit written justification for the reversal and discount report at the end of each shift; Propose innovations in departmental methods and procedures deemed appropriate; Maintain impeccable and well-groomed personal appearance, including strict personal hygiene, and exemplify professionalism in interactions with guests and colleagues; Collaborate in other functions or departments as needed to ensure high-quality service to both external and internal customers; Greet and smile whenever encountering a guest. **Requirements:** * **Fluent Spanish (Mandatory)** * **Intermediate English \- Preferred** * **Education:** Completed high school.
