




Description: Responsibilities: The Cumim is the professional responsible for supporting waiters and ensuring that the dining area is prepared to receive guests, thereby providing a pleasant and efficient dining experience. Key duties include setting tables, decorating with candles, napkins, tablecloths, and flowers, as well as arranging tableware, cutlery, and condiments—ensuring everything is ready for service. Before guests are seated, the Cumim serves beverages and appetizers, refills drinks in glasses, and promptly and attentively records orders. During service, the Cumim also removes soiled utensils and replaces them as needed, ensuring that tables remain fully stocked and neatly organized. The Cumim must remain attentive to guests’ needs to ensure everyone’s comfort and satisfaction. After guests depart, the Cumim efficiently cleans and resets tables, maintaining the dining area in an orderly state and ready for the next service. Additionally, the Cumim must strictly adhere to health and safety standards both in the dining area and in the kitchen, collaborating with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment, always paying close attention to detail to deliver high-quality service to guests.
