This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to start their career in a dynamic and welcoming environment in the hospitality industry, learning about people management and administrative routines. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in and attending school (if high school has not yet been completed) * Good communication skills and willingness to learn * Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite) * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity * Interest in building a career in the administrative and/or Human Resources field **Responsibilities:** * Assist in monitoring employees’ electronic timekeeping * Organize admission, termination, and periodic documents * Support admission, vacation, benefits, and payroll processes * File and digitize documents * Provide internal support to employees (answering inquiries, distributing pay slips, etc.) * Assist with internal training programs and internal marketing initiatives * Update HR spreadsheets and internal systems * Support internal communication of notices and announcements * Organize and sort uniforms
