This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to start their career in a dynamic and welcoming environment in the hospitality industry, learning about people management and administrative routines. **Requirements:** * Be enrolled and attending school (if high school has not been completed) * Good communication skills and willingness to learn * Basic computer knowledge (Office Suite) * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity * Interest in building a career in the administrative and/or Human Resources field **Activities to be performed:** * Assist in controlling employees' electronic time records * Organize admission, termination, and periodic documents * Support admission, vacation, benefits, and payroll processes * Filing and document digitization * Internal employee support (answering questions, delivering pay slips, etc.) * Assist in internal training and internal marketing initiatives * Update HR spreadsheets and internal systems * Support in communicating internal notices and announcements * Organize and distribute uniforms
