Join us in living the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energy does not charge fees for tests, exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Analyze, supervise, and monitor deliveries of open requests for Facilities Operations and Maintenance; * Plan and control operational activities, supporting regional facility layout studies; * Lead and support project management initiatives aimed at improving facilities; * Supervise and manage activities and deliverables of contracted service providers; * Prepare technical and administrative reports, scopes, and status updates on area deliverables, working with maintenance platforms/software (ERPs, SAP, Optimus, ServiceNow...), at regional level; * Support control and planning of OPEX for Facilities Operations and Maintenance, at regional level; * Monitor and manage operational performance indicators; * Create and coordinate physical and virtual management dashboards, reporting operational indicators at regional level. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Building Construction; * Experience in Building Maintenance; * Experience in execution and management of construction projects; * Experience in Cleaning and Facility Conservation; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Driver’s license Category B; * Willingness to travel; * Valid CFT (Technical Safety Certificate); * Willingness to reside in Natal/RN. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Power BI. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energy, the well-being and quality of life of our people power the energy that drives us.
