We are looking for a Mid-Level IT Analyst to strategically implement and maintain corporate systems (TOTVS and Microsoft 365\), develop performance monitoring dashboards, and propose automations that optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. More than just technical support, we want someone who sees technology as a results driver—analytical, collaborative, and eager to make a difference in our daily operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Implement, configure, and maintain TOTVS and Microsoft 365 across all company departments; * Manage users, access rights, and integrations between corporate systems; * Create and update dashboards and reports (Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, etc.) to monitor KPIs and results; * Ensure optimal performance and system availability by performing updates and continuous improvements; * Provide on-site and remote technical support (helpdesk) to teams; * Document technical procedures and service workflows; * Participate in infrastructure projects such as ticket management, VPN deployment, and system integration. What we expect from you: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Experience implementing and supporting the TOTVS system (modules in Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, or HR will be differentiators); * Knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, and Microsoft 365; * Solid understanding of networks, infrastructure, and equipment maintenance; * Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented profile, focused on results and internal customer service.
