




Job Summary: HR Analyst with focus on DHO to work in a consultative and generalist capacity, managing R&S processes, performance evaluations, T&D, and recognition programs. Key Highlights: 1. Development and management of Training & Development (T&D) and leadership programs **SEGMENT** Telecommunications **WORK SCHEDULE** Business hours – Monday to Friday **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; Postgraduate degree in People Management is desirable; Proficiency in HR management tools and data analysis (Excel, internal systems, BI); Prior experience as an HR Analyst – with consultative and generalist responsibilities and focus on DHO; Experience handling high-volume job openings and leadership development programs will be considered advantageous. Experience preferably in the retail sector, within medium- to large-sized companies. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, including profile alignment with managers; Support and execute performance evaluation cycles, ensuring implementation, organization, and leadership support; Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs); Identify training needs and implement Training & Development initiatives, including behavioral training and leadership development; Manage Recognition Programs and Longevity Programs; Support organizational climate, engagement, and culture initiatives; Monitor and update HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, etc.); Support managers in people management routines (feedback, development, onboarding); Contribute to data organization, reporting, and departmental controls; Support internal communication and engagement initiatives; Develop and manage external partnerships (educational institutions, service providers, and commercial entities), focusing on benefits that enhance employee well-being and development; Identify departmental needs and propose development actions aligned with business realities. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** Salary: BRL 3\.025,35 Health Insurance: Unimed after 3 months (company covers 20%, increasing over time) Dental Insurance: Bradesco – fully employee-funded Meal Allowance: BRL 25.00 per working day Transportation Voucher Birthday Day Off
