Provide basic technical support and configure networks A technology and human resources solutions company is seeking an Information Technology Technician in Natal (Lagoa Nova). **Responsibilities:** Diagnose computer problems (e.g., failure to power on, slow performance, freezing, etc.). Replace components such as HDD/SSD, RAM, power supply units, and motherboards. Perform internal cleaning (dust removal, thermal paste replacement). Operating system installation: Install and configure operating systems such as Windows or Linux. Computer formatting: Install drivers and essential software. PC assembly: Assemble computers from scratch (selecting and installing components). Perform upgrades (enhance machine performance). Technical diagnostics: Use tools to test hardware; identify component failures. Basic support: Configure simple networks (Wi-Fi, routers); resolve common internet and software issues. Position requires on-site work in Natal / RN. Previous experience in Technical Support, Support Analyst, Maintenance Technician, or IT Specialist roles may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
