INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST in Ribeirão Preto, SP We are seeking a professional to work as an Infrastructure Analyst in Ribeirão Preto/SP. Job duties will be performed on a full-time, in-person basis. Responsibilities Ensure excellent service delivery to all units of the Ativa Locação Group; Guarantee full availability of the internal network, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, and internet; Keep all devices updated, with asset-based reporting; Manage user accounts, e-mails, storage, backups, and shared resources; Administer OpenLDAP directory services; Monitor and configure MikroTik routers across each company within the group; Administer OpenVPN site-to-site and client-to-site connections; Manage cloud-based IP-PBX and extensions on endpoints; Configure and deliver equipment, including user instructions; Administer and update antivirus software; Support administration of users, groups, and privileges in Totvs’ Protheus ERP; Assist users and coordinate with the responsible vendor regarding printers; Be patient, punctual, organized, communicative, committed, and proactive. Required Competencies Results-oriented, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork, Customer Service, Integrity, Flexibility, Communication, Requirements Technologist or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; Preferred qualifications: Bitdefender (antivirus) knowledge; Linux; SSH; DHCP; DNS; UniFi and/or CCNA networking courses; Desirable: ability to understand and design IT-related processes, and to instruct employees on following established processes, procedures, and rules.
