Must ensure courteous, prompt, and organized service, contributing to a welcoming and satisfying guest experience. **Responsibilities** Adhere to the service standards established by the company. Carry out tasks related to guest arrivals and departures. Manage, deliver, and return guest room keys. Handle guest requests and provide general information. Oversee baggage and mail reception and ensure their proper distribution. Provide general tourist-related information upon request. Handle telephone operations when required. Maintain impeccable personal appearance and hygiene, demonstrating exemplary conduct in interactions with guests and colleagues. Collaborate with other functions or departments as needed to ensure high-quality service for both external and internal customers. Greet and smile whenever encountering guests or customers. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems (preferred). Fundamental knowledge of customer service and communication.
