If this resonates with you and you are interested in joining our team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for leading logistics optimization initiatives, modeling and monitoring inbound and outbound logistics with a focus on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and innovation. They will drive strategic automation and continuous improvement projects, ensuring adherence to the logistics plan, monitoring deviations, and proposing solutions for process optimization. * Present and suggest actions for operational optimization and improved efficiency; * Lead automation, innovation, and continuous improvement projects for logistics processes; * Monitor and ensure adherence to the logistics plan, identifying deviations and suggesting improvements; * Develop and monitor strategic logistics performance indicators (KPIs); * Collaborate closely with partner departments and suppliers to ensure supply chain availability and efficiency; * Manage the supervision team, promoting technical and behavioral development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency, with ability to participate in meetings; * Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management; * Analytical mindset and decision-making ability; * Ability to coordinate teams, delegate tasks, and monitor performance; * Project management and continuous improvement expertise (Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma); * Basic understanding of programming languages.
