This professional will be responsible for leading and coordinating logistics operations, ensuring efficient material and product flow while guaranteeing quality, safety, cost reduction, and high operational performance. The role will be strategic, involving team management, operational planning, supplier negotiation, and performance indicator analysis—directly contributing to business competitiveness and results. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate logistics team activities, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and employee development. * Plan and schedule logistics operations to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery. * Negotiate with suppliers and transportation providers to secure optimal commercial and operational terms. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions. * Ensure integrity, quality, and safety of materials and products in transit, in accordance with established standards and procedures. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines. * Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to ensure alignment and operational fluidity. * Prepare managerial reports with critical analyses and proposals for continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Solid experience in Logistics, particularly in operations management. * Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. * Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
