Job Summary: Alicerce Educação is seeking an Educator to work on a professional training and personal development project for women, promoting autonomy and income generation through education. Hourly rates vary depending on profile. * **Main Responsibilities** \- Deliver in-person vocational training classes aligned with Alicerce Educação’s methodology; \- Create a welcoming, respectful, and motivating learning environment; \- Encourage participation, attendance, and student engagement; \- Document classes using captivating photos and videos, capturing moments of learning, interaction, and transformation, to support project communication and promotion; \- Maintain close and collaborative communication with the pedagogical and coordination teams. * **We seek individuals who have** \- A genuine interest in education and social impact; \- Strong communication skills, accessible teaching methods, and organizational ability; \- Responsibility and commitment to students’ development; \- Availability for in-person participation in the project. * **Location:** \- Rua João XXIII, 1719, Mãe Luiza, Natal \- RN , CEP 59014\-000 * **Possible Profiles** **Leader** \- Students or professionals early in their educational career; \- Interest in developing classroom practice with pedagogical mentoring. **Guide** \- Completed formal education and prior classroom experience; \- Greater pedagogical autonomy and ability to lead classes independently. * **Desirable Qualifications (not mandatory)** \- Experience in youth and adult education; \- Involvement in social or community projects; \- Affinity with topics such as beauty, self-care, entrepreneurship, or personal development; * **Compensation per hour worked:** * GUIDE: R$ 37.20 * LEADER: R$ 18.60 * **Weekly workload: 3 hours** Employment Type: MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) Interested?
