





About the role: We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive individual to support the daily operations of an automated laundry store. The professional will be the key point of support to ensure the store operates excellently — from customer service to administrative tasks and local marketing activities. Main responsibilities: Provide in-person and online customer service, guiding customers on how to use the machines; Perform store cleaning, monitor equipment operation, and report any technical issues; Assist with the store's administrative routine, including report tracking, simple payments, and document organization; Support digital and in-person marketing efforts, such as social media posts, responses, customer messaging, flyers, outreach to nearby businesses, and local partnerships; Restock consumable and cleaning supplies to ensure proper store operation. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Intermediate knowledge of the internet and digital tools (WhatsApp Business, Google Forms, spreadsheets, social media) Experience with customer service and strong communication skills Organizational ability, attention to detail, and timely task completion Commitment to responsibilities and a sense of accountability for the store’s smooth operation Preferred qualifications: Experience in automated businesses, self-service models, or franchises. Skills in local promotion or creating simple social media content. Willingness to learn new tools and contribute to process improvements.
