Organize trays and molds before and after use. Monitor preparation times according to the baker's instructions. Inspect product appearance and doneness. Prepare ovens (lighting, temperature adjustment, cleaning). Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Transport baked products for cooling or final processing. Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Previous experience as Production Assistant, Baker's Assistant, Oven Operator, or Baker's Helper may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
