Work environment that values visual attention and organization. **JOB SUMMARY:** Issue invoices and transportation documents, ensuring correct taxation and timely material dispatch. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in order screening for billing; * Archive invoice and transportation document copies; * Verify customer registration data in the system; * Provide basic telephone support for the department; * Issue sales and consignment invoices in the ERP; * Generate bank slips linked to invoices; * Request billing authorization from the credit department; * Send XML and PDF files to customers and carriers; * Verify NCM codes and ICMS/IPI tax rates; * Process merchandise returns and cancellations; * Issue correction letters in accordance with current regulations; * Monitor billing for partial orders; * Analyze nature of operation (CFOP) for complex transactions; * Prepare monthly billing reports for management; * Configure basic tax rules in the ERP system; * Validate transportation documents (CT-e and MDF-e); * Audit tax processes to prevent double taxation or fines; * Train staff on updates to tax legislation; * Propose automation in the industrial billing workflow; * Interpret changes in metallurgical sector legislation. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in a relevant field; * ERP and municipal/SEFAZ portal operation; knowledge of industrial taxation; intermediate LibreOffice or Excel skills. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Ability to follow verbal instructions; * Visual attention; * Good interpersonal relationship; * Work quality; * Planning and organization; * Initiative and creativity; * Punctuality and commitment; **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Employment type: Permanent/CLT * Work location: Grupo Unimetais - BR-304 Highway, KM 123, 2007-A, Parque Industrial, CEP 59280-000 - Macaíba/RN * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:18 AM to 4:48 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * 50% Unimed health plan coverage * 50% Unidentis dental plan coverage * Transportation routes available for certain areas of Natal and Greater Natal Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.865,00 per month Work mode: On-site
