




Description: * Currently enrolled in the final year of Pedagogy or having already completed the undergraduate degree. * Prior experience with remote classes or tutoring will be considered an advantage; * Proficiency in the pedagogical proposals of the Innovation Electives; * Familiarity with digital platforms and remote learning environments; * Ability to provide pedagogical mediation and student support; * Flexibility and adaptability to remote teaching; * Skill in promoting student engagement and autonomy. * Monitor students during remote activities, providing continuous pedagogical guidance; * Track participation, engagement, and submission of activities assigned in the Elective; * Maintain clear, respectful, and regular communication with students via the platforms designated by the institution; * Clarify doubts regarding content, methodologies, and activities; * Support the lead teacher (when applicable) in the pedagogical organization of the elective; * Record student attendance, participation, and performance; * Identify learning difficulties and communicate them to coordination for necessary interventions; * Participate in meetings, training sessions, and pedagogical alignment activities; * Contribute to the school climate by acting ethically and collaboratively to build an inclusive, democratic, and healthy coexistence school culture; * Promote an environment of mutual respect, dialogue, and cooperation in the classroom; * Ensure practices align with the institution’s principles of innovation and active methodologies. 2512290202491889131
