**Description:** We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a professional with solid expertise in Microsoft 365 and proven skills in technical support and environment management. **Required Knowledge:** We seek professionals with advanced knowledge of technical support and administration of Microsoft 365 environments who are ready to tackle challenges and grow with us. * Knowledge of computer networks, TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields; **Responsibilities:** * Proven experience as a Technology Support Technician or in a similar role. * Lead and execute migration projects from legacy environments to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with focus on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive. * Identify and categorize issues reported by users. * Support users and teams in the advanced use of digital productivity tools. * Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues. * Document technical processes and procedures. * Serve as a technical expert for Microsoft 365 solutions. Work Schedule and Compensation Working hours are 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements according to departmental planning. Compensation is approximately BRL 2,719.91, comprising a base salary of BRL 2,215.58 plus a food allowance of BRL 504.33 for 22 working days.
