**Requirements**
* Currently enrolled in an IT-related program (Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, Computer Engineering, or related fields);
* Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and networking;
* Familiarity with computer maintenance;
* Good communication and organizational skills;
* Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in the field;
* Knowledge of servers, backups, or enterprise systems;
* IT certifications.
