**Job Description:** As a Technology Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and work on projects that provide the hands-on experience necessary for the job market.
**Your main responsibilities will include:**
\-Providing technical support to customers;
\-Learning about Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and other company products and services;
\-Supporting customers by clarifying doubts and providing information about products;
\-Assisting in customer prospecting and opportunity development;
**Requirements:**
\-Currently enrolled in an undergraduate technology program (e.g., Computer Science, Networking, etc.)
\-Passion for technology and eagerness to learn;
\-Teamwork skills and strong communication ability; proactivity and problem-solving capability;
\-Previous experience with Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Azure is desirable but not mandatory;
