Hotel seeks a Human Resources Assistant professional in Natal. Praia Mar Natal is a tourism and leisure development located in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. It offers accommodation services and experiences for visitors wishing to enjoy the region's natural beauty. **Responsibilities:** Monitor daily electronic attendance records of employees. Make adjustments and corrections to time entries based on validations and justifications. Generate attendance reports for supervisors and management as needed. Monitor inconsistencies, absences, late arrivals, overtime hours, and time banks. Provide support to employees regarding questions about time clock registration. Assist in transmitting information for payroll processing. Maintain updated HR/Personnel files and records in accordance with applicable HR/Personnel regulations.
