Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection (profile alignment, job posting, interviews, and onboarding). Implement and strengthen organizational culture, values, and internal rituals. Create and monitor HR internal indicators and controls. Develop performance evaluation and feedback processes. Support leaders on people management topics, conflict resolution, and development. Carry out employee engagement, internal communication, and climate initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal regulations and ethical management practices. **Requirements** Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous experience as a generalist HR professional. Ability to build processes from scratch. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and systemic thinking.
