Supports the ceremonial team and other cemetery departments in diverse customer service, care, and support tasks for bereaved customers. Provides assistance in setting up and conducting religious ceremonies, ensuring the entire event proceeds satisfactorily. Also welcomes, receives, and guides bereaved customers through their initial needs, delivering all necessary instructions. **Main Responsibilities:** Inspect and verify funeral home and burial site areas to ensure they are properly prepared for viewings; Organize venues for ceremonies; Perform other duties inherent to the position and department. **Requirements:** Completed High School education (with proof); Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (12-hour shifts with 36-hour rest periods); Professional, discreet, gentle, welcoming, and patient demeanor—toward customers, coworkers, and partners alike; Prior experience in cleaning and sanitation is a plus for selection.
