**Responsibilities and Duties**
Lead the manufacturing unit regarding personnel, production processes, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Prepare and submit monthly reports on productivity, quality, delivery, cost allocation/closing, safety, and continuous improvement.
Develop and disseminate the monthly production schedule for kits and issue production orders to assembly lines.
Develop and disseminate the delivery schedule for completed kits to construction sites.
Conduct technical analysis of projects and customer orders.
Strategically plan procurement of factory materials.
Procure and register materials in the MRV system.
Follow up on orders and deliveries at construction sites.
Schedule new products or conduct technical validation of supplier samples.
Participate in monthly factory goal-and-results meetings and present deviations along with corresponding action plans.
Maintain updated and continuously improved job specifications, applying LEAN methodology — standardization.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Civil Engineer or Production Engineer, with experience in installation areas;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD;
* Proactivity; teamwork; communication skills; commitment and responsibility;
