Define and track performance metrics to evaluate process efficiency; Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with construction industry standards and regulations; Lead continuous improvement initiatives and business process reengineering projects; Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to defined processes; Collaborate with other leaders to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions; Produce materials and deliver training to the team on relevant topics and updates within the area of expertise; Ensure integration among different departments (engineering, finance, procurement, etc.) for efficient project execution; Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identifying improvement areas and implementing corrective actions; Prepare operational performance reports and present results to senior management; Manage parameterization of operational information in the organization's internal systems. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields.
