Saturday 08:00 to 12:00 (home office). **REQUIREMENTS** Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields, knowledge of Mikrotik, networks, operating systems, servers and information security, good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in technical support will be a differentiator. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Responsible for internal technical support in hardware, software, networks and infrastructure. Will perform diagnosis, repair and configuration of networks and Mikrotik equipment, conduct backups and recovery procedures, provide technical guidance to employees and update technical records.
