Realizar exámenes médicos ocupacionales, incluyendo los procedimientos correspondientes, tales como derivaciones internas y externas, así como negociar actividades laborales compatibles con posibles restricciones o limitaciones junto con los líderes; Realizar evaluaciones de salud previas y posteriores al viaje; Realizar evaluaciones médicas y/o participar en juntas multidisciplinarias para evaluar la inclusión de Personas con Discapacidad (PCD) en la cuota legal; Elaborar y registrar en el sistema informático el informe de traslado con fines de Examen Médico por Cambio de Riesgos Ocupacionales, definiendo la realización de exámenes complementarios, si fuera necesario; Evaluar la capacidad laboral y homologar certificados médicos de los empleados considerados total o parcialmente incapaces para el trabajo, registrando los datos clínicos y las impresiones médicas, así como las licencias médicas aplicables en el Sistema Informático de Salud, realizando los procedimientos necesarios; Realizar peritajes médicos para la homologación presencial de certificados médicos; Seguir a empleados en licencia por beneficio previsional, así como realizar visitas domiciliarias, hospitalarias y/o al INSS cuando sea necesario; Evaluar las condiciones de salud del empleado con el fin de identificar posibilidades de reinserción en actividades laborales compatibles con su estado de salud o agravios potenciales, y definir estrategias de intervención; Elaborar informes médicos justificando la necesidad de mantener la licencia y el pronóstico, en caso de inaptitud para el trabajo; Emitir dictámenes y/o informes sobre las conclusiones relativas a la capacidad laboral y/o incapacidades temporales parciales que impliquen cambios en el régimen laboral o en las actividades desempeñadas, describiendo las restricciones para determinadas tareas laborales, así como sus causas y plazos para la reevaluación médica; Investigar y establecer el nexo causal en colaboración con el profesional de PETROBRAS; Registrar la Comunicación de Accidente de Trabajo (CAT) en el Sistema Informático de Salud, así como emitir las notificaciones pertinentes a las partes involucradas (internas y externas a la Compañía) respecto al proceso de Gestión de Anomalías y Accidentes de Trabajo, además de participar en la clasificación y caracterización de incidentes, conforme a las normas y directrices de PETROBRAS; Analizar las causas del absentismo por enfermedad o accidente en el órgano operacional; Participar en atenciones e inspecciones de salud en las áreas operacionales; Evaluar las condiciones laborales de los accidentados conjuntamente con ellos mismos y con la comisión de investigación de accidentes, cuando se requiera, siguiendo los procedimientos internos; Realizar visitas médicas hospitalarias o domiciliarias a empleados, según se solicite, emitir informes posteriores a la visita y registrar los datos en la historia clínica electrónica; Participar en juntas médicas para la conclusión de la evaluación clínica; Trabajar en equipos multiprofesionales, realizar seguimiento interdisciplinario individualizado en salud y actuar como especialista referente en la discusión técnica de los casos seguidos; Realizar análisis de las condiciones laborales, relaciones sociales, orientación y derivación a Programas de Salud y Servicio Social; Coordinar con el médico tratante para obtener un adecuado respaldo técnico en las evaluaciones pertinentes al médico del trabajo, cuando sea necesario; Desarrollar acciones estructuradas integradas a diversos programas implementados en la Compañía; Elaborar informes y paneles gerenciales de planificación y apoyar en el cálculo de indicadores, utilizando los sistemas y herramientas de gestión de PETROBRAS; Formular dictámenes técnicos sobre temas de su especialidad, brindando asesoramiento a las gerencias de PETROBRAS cuando se requiera; Realizar análisis críticos de registros en historias clínicas médicas con elaboración de resúmenes y/o informes, incluyendo impugnación del nexo causal, entre otros solicitados por el equipo de PETROBRAS; Asesorar, planificar, gestionar y consolidar análisis críticos de datos; Proponer, planificar y ejecutar actividades colectivas, promoviendo espacios de diálogo y utilizando estrategias adecuadas para sensibilizar, comprometer y empoderar a los trabajadores; Transcribir al Sistema Informático de PETROBRAS los registros de exámenes ocupacionales realizados por profesionales externos; Asumir la responsabilidad técnica del servicio ante el consejo profesional correspondiente, cuando sea necesario; Registrar la información y atención en formularios propios y/o sistemas informáticos; Atender urgencias y emergencias de forma eventual, brindando apoyo a los equipos de respuesta inmediata, lo cual incluye la realización de capacitaciones específicas ofrecidas por PETROBRAS; Cumplir con las atribuciones profesionales descritas en la Ley nº 12.842/13 y sus modificaciones, Resolución CFM nº 2297/21, así como con las demás normas emitidas por el Consejo Federal de Medicina (CFM), Consejo Regional de Medicina (CRM), Normas Regulamentadoras del Ministerio del Trabajo y Empleo (NR) y la legislación vigente aplicable. **Requisitos y calificaciones** Formación académica: Licenciatura en Medicina, con certificado expedido por institución reconocida por el MEC. Situación regularizada ante el Consejo Regional de Medicina (CRM) de la localidad correspondiente donde ejerza su actividad. Título de Especialista en Medicina del Trabajo otorgado por la Asociación Médica Brasileña o Certificación de Residencia Médica en Medicina del Trabajo o Curso de Especialización en Medicina del Trabajo, reconocido por el MEC. Conocimientos y/o experiencia comprobada en los conceptos de atención en salud del trabajador dentro de organizaciones. Capacitación en Bioseguridad o NR32. Habilidades en sistemas informáticos, incluido el paquete Office y otros sistemas utilizados por PETROBRAS.
