Differentials: * Experience in SaaS or technology companies. * Proficiency in People Analytics and BI tools. * Certifications in DISC, 9BOX, or human development methodologies. * Experience with artificial intelligence applied to HR (internal chatbots, feedback automation, predictive turnover analysis). * Intermediate or advanced English. * Hands-on profile, capable of innovating and structuring processes from scratch. Responsibilities: * Structure and execute recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes aligned with AutoForce's culture. * Implement and manage performance evaluation systems (9BOX, DISC, continuous feedback). * Create HR dashboards in Notion/spreadsheets to monitor HR indicators such as turnover, engagement, absenteeism, eNPS, and development. * Apply Team Building methodologies and integration dynamics to strengthen culture and team spirit. * Support the Head of Financial in analyzing personnel costs, headcount, and variable compensation. * Promote leadership training and development programs supported by artificial intelligence and internal frameworks. * Implement AI applied to People Analytics, seeking insights to reduce employee churn and increase eNPS. * Ensure the practice of the AutoForce Culture Code in all people management actions. 2510180202231816531
