




Open Position – Administrative Agent (Administrative Office) We are hiring an Administrative Agent to provide internal support for our law office. We seek an organized, proactive, and committed individual capable of ensuring efficiency in administrative routines and supporting the legal team on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities: organizing physical and digital documents; updating data in the internal system; managing spreadsheets, deadlines, and administrative tasks; supporting the legal department with document dispatch and collection; assisting with document registration; issuing payment slips, updating KINIS, and sorting documents; providing general support for administrative routines to ensure operational smoothness. Requirements: prior experience in administrative routines; organizational skills, attention to detail, and good time management; proactivity and ability to follow procedures; clear communication and responsibility regarding deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: experience in a law office or basic knowledge of social security law, although not mandatory. Benefits: salary of R$ 1,600.00, transportation allowance, and meal voucher.
