




Description: * Perform tasks from importing, typing, classifying and recording accounting and tax entries, filling out registrations, preparing and transmitting ancillary obligations, reconciling asset and income statement accounts, issuing trial balances and generating financial statements, performing various verifications. Responsibilities and duties * Check documents delivered by company clients; * Archive and separate/classify accounting and tax documents; * Request documents from clients; Organize documents to be delivered to clients; * Enter data into spreadsheets; * Fill out registrations and forms; * Import and/or integrate or type tax documents/digital files into the tax accounting software; * Save monthly tax books in PDF (Purchase Book, Sales Book and ICMS Calculation Book); * Save quarterly or annual accounting books (Journal, Ledger and Lalur); * Import and/or integrate or type entries for tax provisions, payroll and asset depreciation.
