




Job Summary: An HSSE professional responsible for managing routines, legal documentation, trainings, and interacting with regulatory agencies to ensure occupational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and execution of safety trainings and campaigns Description: Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level); * Experience using occupational health and safety management software; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation related to occupational safety; Academic Qualifications: * Completed high school (mandatory) and Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Bachelor's degree preferred in fields such as: Occupational Safety Technology, Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines. Technical Certifications: * NR-20 Training (handling and storage of flammable liquids). * NR-10, NR-33, NR-35 (as applicable). * Familiarity with risk analysis methodologies is desirable. * Prior experience in fuel, petrochemical, or logistics sector companies, with focus on HSSE. HSSE Routine Management: * Preparation and control of legal and technical documentation (PCMSO, LTCAT, PGR, PCA, etc.). * Management of Emergency Response Plans (PAE) and simulations. * Monitoring of internal and external audits. * Incident and accident reporting and investigation. * Preparation of technical and performance reports. Trainings and HSSE Culture: * Planning and execution of educational campaigns, mandatory and behavioral trainings. * Conducting Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), onboarding of new employees and third-party personnel. Interaction with Regulatory Agencies: * Responding to regulatory inspections and audits. * Providing support, analyzing, and issuing technical opinions regarding the feasibility of each company decision involving health and safety; * Recommending to management the adoption of internal procedures with preventive objectives, aiming to ensure safety of company processes; * Understanding and interpreting applicable legislation and its updates; * Supporting internal and external audits; * Providing internal advisory services in Health, Safety and Environment to identify and implement improvements in processes and work environments; * Developing trainings for workforce capacity building in Health and Safety, as well as specific OMS trainings defined by the Company; * Conducting Health and Safety inspections at terminals, focusing on compliance with OMS requirements and other ALE assurance programs (HSSE Program at Bases); * Participation in Emergency Brigade activities at the assigned unit; * Accompanying Fire Department inspections, along with corrective actions to achieve regularization and issuance of the operating license. 2512100202181911785
