Here, you will play an essential role in ensuring every delivery reaches the correct destination. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain organization and perform routine maintenance on departmental work vehicles; * Carry out cleaning and preservation activities for vehicles; * Perform duties in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Assist in verifying goods loaded onto the vehicle and documents to be delivered to customers; * Assist in loading and unloading goods during deliveries; * Deliver and collect packages; * Support the driver during routes; * Execute deliveries of goods to customers according to the designated route sequence; * Receive payments and conduct collections from customers when required during routes; * Operate loading and unloading equipment; * Establish communication by sending, receiving, and verifying messages; reporting issues and requesting information, authorizations, and instructions regarding transportation, cargo loading, and unloading. **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Prior customer service experience is preferred; * Valid Brazilian driver's license categories A and B are preferred. **Education** * Completed high school.
