**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting, related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Analyst or similar role; * Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel; * Knowledge of labor legislation and E\-Social; * Advantage: Knowledge of driver labor laws and working hours; * Advantage: Prior experience with TOTVS (PROTHEUS) system. **Responsibilities:** * Previous experience handling electronic timekeeping, payroll, vacations, terminations; * Analyze legal violations regarding labor routines and working hours; * Record and manage medical certificates and absences; * Analyze and monitor working hours through timekeeping systems; * Manage entries in the payroll system; * And other duties relevant to the position.
