Our operations reflect SHV’s values: integrity, ethics, responsibility, and commitment—ensuring transparency and respect in all interactions with employees and customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in monitoring productivity at the industrial park’s cylinder filling line (focusing on cylinder output per man-hour, HE/man, painting yield, and defective return rate) to ensure quality and safety during cylinder filling. Assist the person directly responsible for cleaning the cylinder filling platform to maintain it in good working condition, thereby ensuring safety and favorable working conditions for staff. Assist in complying with work instructions, shift scheduling, production line management, vehicle loading/unloading, and coordination between distribution and the platform. Guide the team during the production supervisor’s absence. Inspect returned cylinders (damaged units) according to defined criteria to verify actual damage, enabling statistical quantification of production and cylinder quality failures—and ultimately driving product improvement. Assist in verifying and controlling cylinder re-weighing.
