Job Summary: The Unit Coordinator will work within the Microfinance team, leading the team of Agents and Coordination Assistants to efficiently achieve the set goals and results. Key Highlights: 1. The Unit Coordinator will work within the Microfinance team, leading the team of Agents and Coordination Assistants assigned to their operational area, aiming to efficiently achieve the program’s established goals and results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Systematically analyze and monitor the performance indicators of their credit portfolio; * Conduct monthly planning with their team; * Monitor Credit Agents and Assistants in carrying out their activities; * Conduct client follow-up visits; * Manage unit inventory; * And other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed undergraduate degree; Willingness to travel between municipalities. Required Knowledge: Experience in external sales, negotiation, and collections; Computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience in team management. **Additional Information** **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.789,15; Market-size allowance of up to R$ 3\.968,77; Variable Compensation\* up to R$ 2\.481,42; (\*based on credit portfolio performance). Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00–17:00).
