Development of essential skills RESPONSIBILITIES: The apprentice youth will perform operational activities in the production department, such as meat preparation and sorting, weighing, packaging, and product labeling. They will also contribute to workplace organization and cleanliness, strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety standards. Throughout the program, the apprentice will receive ongoing training and mentoring, developing essential skills for professional development. REQUISITOS: \* Age: Between 18 and 22 years old; \* Military reservist; \* Education: Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; \* Organizational skills and attention to detail; \* Availability: Fulfill the work hours required by the company (4 HOURS) and the apprenticeship program.
