Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 **Responsibilities:** * Greet and attend patients in person and over the phone in a courteous and commercial manner. * Sell clinic services and products, focusing on conversion and customer retention. * Manage the appointment schedule, ensuring optimal use of available time slots. * Support the unit manager in administrative and operational tasks. * Control and carry out purchases of office, cleaning, and kitchen supplies. * Organize, file, and keep clinic documents and correspondence up to date. * Monitor the receipt and dispatch of documents and packages.
